Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Pair
Place your unworn TWOOBS back in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact.
Print and Post
Download your pre-paid shipping label, secure it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Get Refunded
Once our warehouse team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
